With a career spanning over three decades I have worked with some experts in interior design, architecture, furniture building and landscape design. I was privileged to undergo an apprenticeship in cabinet making under the guidance of an old English man who taught me the importance of attention to detail and most importantly proportion. After building and restoring one off pieces of furniture for a select group of interior designers and boutique builders in the Toorak area, I moved on from furniture design to utilise my skill in the outdoors.
Based in Glen Iris I have been designing and landscaping gardens in the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for many years. Using my cabinet making skills to build decks reflecting true craftsmanship, laying paving that is interesting but most importantly straight and honing my love of horticulture and architecture to transform just a garden into a well crafted picture where families and friends can enjoy the fruits of my labour. I love transformation from old to new, I understand it and I thrive on the challenge of being able to impact peoples world visually and at times emotionally. I can do this because I listen, I design and I craft a garden that makes a statement based on your brief.
